Returns + Exchanges
We want you to love and enjoy your PROGRESS products! If you are not  satisfied with your order or your awesome new shirt doesn’t fit right, you can simply return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sale Items may not be returned or exchanged. This includes “Sale Items” purchased during additional % off sale promotions. This does not include products that are only receiving “Free Shipping” promotions.
• International orders do not qualify for Express Exchanges.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will then send you a replacement or refund you if a replacement is unavailable after the returned item is received and processed.

Expedite your Exchange
We offer Express Exchanges with FREE Shipping for US orders. If a speedy exchange is important to you for a particular date, please place a separate order for the desired item and mention the new order number on the return/exchange form. We will ship your new order and refund the returned product cost, when we receive your return. It’s Easy like Sunday morning!

Step by Step Instructions:
For your return or exchange, please follow these simple steps or email us at progresslabel(@) with any questions.

Step One (1)
• Please download and complete the return/exchange formAND print a copy of your order confirmation email. We need all information regarding your order and purchase in order to process a return or exchange – please remember we are not psychic. If you purchased your PROGRESS products at an event, please email us at progresslabel(@) to receive an Return Authorization #. Please be as accurate as possible in completing the return/exchange form and be sure to include your shipping information.

• Please note: We cannot accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
– Orders past 30 days of order date.
– Items without original tags.
– Items washed or worn (puppies die if you lie:)
– “Final Sale” Items

Step Two (2)
• Send your items and  both sheets of your paperwork to PROGRESS Label Returns Department:

• Please be sure to use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. PROGRESS Label cannot replace packages lost during return shipment.
• We are not responsible for shipping charges back to us.

Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that you received a damaged item, please contact our customer service department at progresslabel(@)  about the damage and we will send you a pre-paid return label to pick up the damaged item. We will then send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns for Event Purchases
We only offer size exchanges on all event-related purchases. We sell a variety of products that include misprints and samples at street festivals and other events, therefore we can not offer returns or refunds on any items that are purchased at events. We  offer size exchanges, if you need to move up or down a size. You may exchange your product for another size, assuming your order qualifies for all areas of our RE policy.

Returns & Exchange Policy for Store Purchases
All store purchases must be returned to the respective store where the purchase was made. PROGRESS does not own or operate any retail stores so all store refunds and exchanges must take place through the company where the product(s) was purchased.
