The story behind the design:
Absorbed in our systematic routines of consumption, our leader’s request to maintain our consumption levels was a comfortable one. Commercialism is ingrained in our soul as deeply as the Gospel. As cash registers ring and shopping carts squeak, the pocketbooks of fewer benefit, and the greed grows in the land of the free. The deficit of the government swells, the hawks circle, and the shopping carts are overfilling with inequality.
